KW Wong is the Project Manager at Nardell Resources, where he oversees the development and implementation of the company’s digital platforms, including incentiv5. With an Engineering Degree, he combines strong technical expertise with strategic oversight to deliver scalable and results-driven digital solutions.
Prior to joining Nardell, Mr. Wong led a real estate investment club from 2005 to 2014 and later founded Malaysia’s first end-to-end property rental bidding platform, pioneering innovation in the local PropTech space. His diverse background enables him to bridge technology and market needs, driving impactful digital transformation initiatives.

Nur Aqmal is a dedicated Assistant Manager in Human Resources with a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. With over seven years of experience across HR, administration, and office management, Aqmal has developed strong expertise in streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and driving operational efficiency to support business growth.
Since joining Nardell in 2025, Aqmal has been instrumental in aligning HR strategies with the company’s objectives. She oversees a wide range of responsibilities including talent acquisition, policy development, employee training, and compliance.
Known for her resourcefulness and people-first mindset, Aqmal is highly effective at building trust with employees and management alike. As the Finance Manager at Nardell Resources Sdn Bhd, Siew Ling oversees all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in every aspect of accounting and finance. With extensive experience in managing accounts receivables and payables, financial reporting, and tax compliance, she plays a key role in driving financial strategy and maintaining operational efficiency. Siew Ling also leads month-end and year-end closing activities, prepares cash flow statements, and ensures precise documentation for audits, contributing to the company’s growth and financial health.
Having joined Nardell Resources in 2020, Siew Ling brings valuable expertise in financial management and analysis, with a strong focus on optimizing financial operations and supporting business growth. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach, she is committed to driving continuous improvement in financial processes and ensuring that the company’s financial strategies align with its long-term goals.

Lyan Tan is a visionary administrative professional, recognized for making significant contributions & coordinating between merchant support & client’s reporting to operational and logistics management.
A member of Team Nardell since 2011, Lyan manages the team to ensure integrity to the deals submitted while multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while achieving other deadlines given.

Evelyn Tan is the Head of Operations. A graduate from the Universiti Utara Malaysia, with a Bachelors in Marketing Management, Evelyn has been with Team Nardell since 2013, climbed the ranks and now leading the team in the planning, negotiation, and curation of super deals with our acquired merchants.

Sze is our Chief Commercial Officer at Nardell, taking lead in connecting to various key merchants in Malaysia and the region, enabling growth across the SEA region.

Bernard Tian is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Nardell Group of Companies. A veteran in the loyalty program, starting his career in the late 1980s with pioneers of database marketing, mail order marketplace, leading a franchise team looking after the East Asia Region in the 1990s, scaling up to S$80 million of turnover for the Mail Order & TV Shopping group in 1997. He was also the CFO for the TV Media group, a TV online shopping.
